This Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through Peptide Me Up! website. By placing an order on peptidemeup.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
1. Research Use Only – No Exceptions
All products sold by Peptide Me Up! are intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption, nor are they intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
- Liability Void: Any evidence of misuse, including but not limited to human/animal ingestion, voids all eligibility for replacements, support, or future purchases.
- Communication Policy: We are legally unable to answer questions regarding “dosage,” “administration,” or “human effects.” Any inquiry of this nature will result in the immediate cancellation of your order.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the highly sensitive nature of research-grade peptides—which require specific temperature controls and sterile handling—we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once a product leaves our facility, its integrity cannot be guaranteed for another researcher; therefore, we cannot restock or resell it.
Orders are not eligible for return, refund, or credit if:
- You change your mind or no longer require the items for your research.
- You ordered the wrong product, quantity, or concentration.
- You are dissatisfied with the results of your laboratory research.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
We take extreme care in packaging your research materials. However, if you receive the wrong product or an item arrives physically damaged (e.g., broken vial), you must follow this protocol:
- Contact us within 72 hours (3 business days) of the delivery timestamp.
- Provide Evidence: Email hello@peptidemeup.com with your order number and clear, high-resolution photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
- Resolution: At our discretion, approved claims will receive a replacement of the original item at no cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be issued.
4. Shipping and Proof of Delivery
We utilize carrier-provided tracking for every order.
- Final Proof of Delivery: If the carrier’s tracking system (USPS, UPS, FedEx or other carrier) marks a package as “Delivered,” this serves as final proof that the contract has been fulfilled. We are not responsible for “porch piracy” or packages stolen after a successful delivery.
- Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address. If an order is lost or misdelivered due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, Peptide Me Up! will not issue a refund or replacement.
- Seized/Refused Packages: If a package is refused or returned to us without prior written authorization, it will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders enter our fulfillment queue immediately to ensure fast shipping.
- Window for Cancellation: Cancellations are only possible before a shipping label has been generated.
- Processing Fee: Approved cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover non-refundable merchant processing fees and administrative costs.
- Once an order has been marked as “Shipped” or “Completed,” it can no longer be canceled.
6. Billing Information
To avoid confusion on your bank statement, please note that charges for your order will appear as “peptidemeup.com“, “peptidemeup” or “Peptide Me Up!“. Filing a “fraudulent” chargeback for a recognized purchase is considered a breach of contract and may result in legal action or being reported to a global “No-Sell” database for research chemicals.
